Though the Assembly election dates are yet to be declared, the Central forces have already arrived in the state and started the route march in 2,000 vulnerable pockets.
Around 100 companies of Central forces have already been arrived in the state and plans are there to deploy another 100 companies of force next week.
Senior officials of CEO office said that they have prepared a report that stated the vulnerable pockets in different districts and route march will be initiated in those pockets. In Kolkata, route march of CRPF personnel has already been conducted.

Meanwhile, the district magistrates (DM) have already been intimated to tell the concerned police officers for boosting confidence of voters.
In Murshidabad, the police officers have already visited various households and even agents of different political parties to ask if there is any incident of violence reported from those areas and the measures needed to be taken.
Sunil Gupta, CEO of West Bengal, said that police officers of all the districts have been intimated to boost the confidence of the agents of political parties as well as voters.CPI-M leader Mr Robin Deb said that they have sent a memorandum to CEO office claiming that the DM of Malda has already started distributing bicycles of 2016-17 to the students in order to woo the voters. The bi-cycles are supposed to be distributed after the election.
