JEE Mains 2016-2017: Aadhaar Card is now compulsory for JEE, CAT, NEET and other exams

JEE Main 2016-2017: Authorities have made an important announcement for the candidates applied for JEE Mains exam 2016 that this year it is compulsory to carry Aadhaar card at the time of examination. 
As per the latest news update, candidates going to apply and appear for JEE main 2017 examination are advised to keep a copy of Aadhaar card along with them while going for the examination. Along with this the candidates who don’t have the Aadhaar card are advised to apply for it at www.uidai.gov.in.
Officials have released that the JEE main exam 2017 online application process will close on January 2.
Candidates who are now applying for the Aadhaar card are advised to enter the 28-digit Aadhaar enrolment ID mentioned on the Aadhaar enrolment slip in the application form.
Candidates who applied for CAT, NEET and NET exams are also advised to keep their Aadhar cards along with them.
