In the wake of remaining vacant seats in undergraduate courses for reserved category, the Delhi University has asked its colleges to display such vacant seats and admit more students. The University has further directed the Colleges to register the candidates course-wise and category-wise (only for SC/ST/OBC/PwD) from 1-3 August 2013 in the remaining seats.
"These candidates must be given acknowledgement for the registration. However, the registration is allowed to only those who have duly filled the online/ offline forms," said Dean Students Welfare, Prof J M Khurna.
He said that the admissions may be done from 5 August to 7 August. Meanwhile, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has demanded the University to offer students’s admission latest by 15 August so that more students are admitted.
