A Delhi court today sent six youth, arrested for allegedly using electronic devices for writing answers in the Staff Selection Commission’s Combined Graduate Level Examination 2013, to ten days of police custody.
Producing before the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Amitabh Rawat, the crime branch of Delhi Police sought their custodial interrogation saying the youths, who were appearing in the SSC examination held on 29 September, were using the latest communication devices and were in touch with persons who were feeding them with the answers.
Police said the six have been booked for criminal breach of trust and criminal conspiracy and paid huge amounts to the persons involved in the racket for helping them clear therecruitment exam of income tax inspectors, CBI sub-inspectors and excise department inspectors.
