Vazquez, Kovacic to miss Sevilla clash due to injury
According to a statement by the club, Vazquez is suffering from a right leg injury, while Kovacic has a twisted left ankle.
Real Madrid were given a mighty scare by Polish minnows Legia Warsaw in the Champions League on Wednesday night, having to fight tooth and nail to draw 3-3, avoiding a massive upset in the process.
Only a day after arch-rivals Barcelona were humbled, Madrid travelled to Poland to face a side who had lost all three of their Champions League Group C games.
And when Los Blancos winger Gareth Bale scored a wondrous volley reminiscent of Zinedine Zidane’s strike in the 2001 Champions League Final in the very first minute, another Real romp looked on the cards.

Bale’s goal was in fact, the fastest ever in Champions League history at a mere 57 seconds!
Playing in an empty stadium after crowd trouble had marred Legia’s last home game, Madrid doubled their lead thanks to Karim Benzema finishing off a slick Madrid move in the 35th minute.
The Polish champions rallied impressively, and went on a goal-scoring spree unlike any other with Vadis Ofoe, Miroslav Radovic and later Thibault Moulin scoring to give the hosts an unlikely lead. What makes their strikes even more incredible is the fact that Legia had scored just a single goal in their three Champions League games this season!
And despite a dogged defence as they tried to hold out for a famous win, Madrid substitute Mateo Kovacic finishing well in the 85th minute to ensure Madrid at least came away with a point.
The result will frustrate manager Zidane undoubtedly, as a win would have ensured progression to the knockout stages.
Borussia Dortmund edged Sporting Lisbon 1-0 in the other Group F game and are through to the next stage as they are first with 10 points while Madrid are second with eight.
