England canter to mammoth total against India

England continued to pile on the misery on a hapless India, building on their overnight total  of 311/4 to reach a mammoth 450/6 at lunch on day two of the Rajkot test.
Moeen Ali, who started the day on 99, got his century with ease but was the first England wicket of the day, getting castled by the impressive Mohammad Shami.
While Shami was the only Indian bowler to find some joy on a dull track, getting rid of the dangerous Jonny Bairstow, one had to feel for Umesh Yadav.
At least two catches were spilled by the Indian fielders off Yadav's bowling, only adding to their skipper Virat Kohli’s frustration.
Ben Stokes (84*) and Chris Woakes (4*) are currently on the crease and the Three Lions are expected to declare later in the day once Stokes reaches his century and the team total crosses the 500-run mark.
