Carlos Tevez signs for Shanghai Shenhua
Argentine media previously reported Tevez would make 84 million over two years under the contract.
Expereienced defender Ashley Williams has signed for Everton on a three-year contract from Swansea, Everton’s official website reported on Wednesday.
"For me the new challenge was something I felt I needed, so I’m delighted to have joined Everton," the Wales captain said on Everton’s website on Wednesday.
"Everton is a great club with an unbelievable manager — a world legend in football — and I believe the club is going in the right direction," he added.

Williams was an integral part of Wales’ deep run at the 2016 European Championships in France, and has been reportedly been pursued by Chelsea in the past.The 31-year-old arrives to replace the void left by John Stones, who left Everton to join Manchester City on Tuesday.
