In a recent agreement between International Management Institute, Delhi and Groupe Kedge Business School, the two B-schools will be collaborating to formulate a reciprocal educational exchange programme will allow management students to experience a different culture by understanding their work environment, their peculiar workplace challenges and unique learning.

The association aims at an equal exchange of students, faculty exchange programme and joint research programme. “We are constantly looking to prepare our students to face global challenges and equip them to adopt dynamic business practices.

With these exchange programmes, they get to put their classroom learning to test by picking up new ideas and gaining insight into cross-cultural trade practices. Students get to understand business from a different perspective and this goes a long way in shaping their career path,” said Abhishek Nirjar, dean executive education and international relations, IMI New Delhi.

This will benefit students who will be exposed to a different culture by understanding their work environment, the international business trends, workplace challenges and the unique cultural and social learning experiences.
