The Odisha Police has sounded high alert across the state in view of Indian Army’s surgical strikes across the Line of Control LoC said a senior police official on Friday.
Director General of Police KB Singh said adequate security personnel have been deployed at strategic locations while strict vigil has been maintained at the Biju Patnaik International Airport Puri temple and defence establishments in the state.
The security of railway stations bus stands hotels and major reservoirs has also been enhanced he added.
