State’s recruitment body Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has postponed the preliminary round of the 2016 Kashmir Administrative Services (KAS) recruitment exam.
Earlier scheduled for February 19, the combined competitive test will now be conducted on March 12, 2017 (Sunday), JKPSC said in a statement released on its official website on Wednesday.
The statement further read: “The candidates who have not deposited their fee so far are advised to deposit the same by or before 15.12.2016 otherwise their candidature shall be rejected.”
Candidates may check their fee status, examination centre and other details on the official website by logging in with their registration details.

For the KAS recruitment exam, the applicants will appear in a preliminary round, followed by mains round, after which, they would be examined in an interview for the final decision.
