Delhi Water Minister Kapil Mishra said on Saturday that the Anti Corruption Branch (ACB) was under pressure to register case against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
In response to the new notice issued by the ACB to Mishra in the tanker scam case, he said that whatever information the agency required had already been given to it by him on July 4 this year.
"I had explained everything in detail to the ACB, even when I myself was the complainant. Though I had complained, the irony is, instead of answering my complaint, I was questioned by seven officers for hours," said Mishra in his letter.

He said that instead of asking about former chief minister Sheila Dikshit, the ACB is taking the name of present Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
"I told the ACB then also that it was trying to save Dikshit, who was allegedly the main accused. Even after three months of my complaint, Dikshit was not called and questioned," alleged Mishra.
He further added that he was of the opinion that the ACB was under pressure to register an FIR against Kejriwal, even when his name did not figure in the complain copy.
Mishra suggested that the ACB should take up the matter seriously and question Dikshit, so that many scams might be unearthed committed during the regime of the BJP and the Congress governments.
