Elton John won’t perform at Donald Trump’s inauguration

Music legend Elton John will not perform at Donald Trump’s presidential inauguration despite circulating claims.
Earlier, Anthony Scaramucci, a member of the Trump presidential transition team executive committee and a vice chair of the presidential inaugural committee, claimed that the Rocket Man hit-maker would perform in Washington DC on January 20.
Anthony’s claim, however, has been “categorically denied” by a spokeswoman for John, reported Ace Showbiz.
“Elton will not be performing at Trump’s inauguration.
There is no truth in this at all,” the spokesperson said.
During the election campaign, John gave his support for Hillary Clinton by performing at her fundraising event in Los Angeles in October.
At the time, he told the audience, “We need a humanitarian in the White House, not a barbarian.”
