Congress party president Sonia Gandhi on Monday greeted the nation on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.

Offering prayers to Vighnaharta, Gandhi said: "Hope that Lord Ganapati will remove all obstacles in the path of the people and the Nation." 

Ganesh Chaturthi is a Hindu festival celebrated in the country.
