Stepping up the Opposition tirade against demonetisation, former prime minister Manmohan Singh on Thursday criticised the present Modi government over the demonetisation move.
Singh said that the implementation of crack down on balck money was a “monumental management failure” and a case of “organised loot and legalised plunder.”
