Fashion designer Masaba Mantena, who found a spot in Grazia&’s ‘100 Most Influential in Fashion’ list, says she has been “spontaneous” while making creative decisions in the fashion industry.
Masaba, known for her quirky designs, added that she will try to “create more in the field of fashion”.
The Indian edition of the popular women&’s fashion magazine Grazia, in its latest July 2016 edition, featured the list of 100 Most Influential in Fashion, read a statement.

“It’s a huge honour. I never really planned this through…for me it’s always been spontaneous and creative decisions,” Masaba said.
She added: “I save my bag of strategies only for when I run out of spontaneity. In the coming years, I will try to create more in the field of fashion.”
Other names to feature in the list are Manish Malhotra, Rohit Bal, Pernia Qureshi, Troy Costa, Narendra Kumar and Virat Kohli among several others.
Masaba made her foray into the fashion industry with the GenNext fashion show at Lakme Fashion Week 2009, where she was awarded the Most Promising Designer Award.
