Hatha Yoga: Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar and Power yoga come under Hatha yoga, which practice is of different postures. Most forms of yoga in the West are classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind and soul. 

Ashtanga Yoga: It involves brisk movement. It synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat to purify the body. This form of yoga helps in building core strength and toning the body. 

Hot Yoga: It is practiced in a heated room under temperatures ranging from 85 degrees to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. It helps sweat out toxins from the body and increase strength and flexibility. This yoga includes Bikram Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Baptise Yoga and Core Power Yoga. 

Jivamukti yoga: It involves meditation, chanting, pranayam, philosophy and music into a vivaciously flowing asana.

SUP Yoga: SUP Yoga stands for “Stand Up Paddle board” Yoga. One has to stand on one foot and breathe.

It soothes painful stiff knees and aching back.
