Drink hot water to stay trim and fit

Mostly, people prefer to drink chilled water in hot summers. Grab a bottle of chilled water or a glass of ice-cold water, is what most people do. Halt there. Replace the next glass of refrigerated water with hot water. Start drinking hot or warm water. It has many health benefits.
