Anti-corrupt?

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal’s dream of a corruption-free state may be quite far right now. However, his campaign seems to have had some impact, a colleague narrated. She noticed the other day a motorist, who had been hauled up by a traffic policeman, arguing desperately to be let off. When the cop remained immune to all explanations and offer of some money, the motorist finally said, "You were never like this before. What has happened?" The now amused police officer responded, "Why don’t you go and ask your chief minister? After all you elected him on the non-corruption plank!"
