Interior designing

The JD Birla Institute has been offering a Bachelor&’s of Science in interior designing and final year students recently won the “Society Interiors Design Competition and Award” organised by Society Interiors, Magna Publishing Co, Ltd, in the Commercial Category as well as in the Residential. “Interior designing is a specialised course, which is gaining popularity and relevance in current times, and very few colleges offer it as a degree programme. In a short time, our students are making a mark for themselves,” said Deepali Singhee, principal.

These course focuses on several aspects including architecture, residential and commercial space design, building materials and furniture design, graphics and basic drawing, restoration and renovation of building interiors, 3D max, professional practices and building services, among others.
