Pak to hand over dossier on India to new UN chief
Pakistan would hand over a dossier on alleged Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav and evidence of attempted violation of maritime boundary…
Afghanistan on Wednesday slammed Pakistan at the UN, saying "merciless" terror attacks against its civilians are being planned and organised in Pakistan which trains, equips and finances terror groups like Taliban and Haqqani network.
Speaking at the UN General Assembly, Afghnaistan’s Vice President Sarwar Danesh said his country has repeatedly asked Pakistan to destroy known terrorist safe havens but there’s been no change in the situation.
Taliban and Haqqani network are trained, equipped and financed there," he alleged.

Pakistan has a dual policy of discriminating between what it views as "good and bad terrorists," which undermines the international order, Danesh said.
The Afghan government is leaving the door open to armed groups willing to seek peace, he said.
